Commission Meetings
The State Records Commission and Local Government Records Commission hold regular quarterly meetings in January, April, July, and October of each year and at other times upon the call of the chairman. No quorum is specified by law for the meetings. All meetings are usually held in the Milo B. Howard, Jr. Auditorium of the Department of Archives and History and are open to the public.

The schedule below contains the dates and times of the last commission meetings. The minutes from these meetings will be posted once they are approved. In addition, the dates and times for the next two meetings are listed. The agendas for these meetings will be posted three weeks prior to the meeting date.
