RECORDS CENTER CHARGES
Cost of Storage of Temporary Records at the State Records Center:
Effective April 1, 2009, forty-two (.42) cents per box per month (billed to agency quarterly) which includes, drop-off of supplies, pick-up of records, and retrieval of records upon agency request.
Cost of Supplies/Storage boxes (payment due after delivery of boxes to agency):
Temporary records storage boxes (new) includes peel and stick labels - $1.50 each
Temporary records storage boxes (used-when available) includes peel and stick labels - $.75 each
